Shropshire County Hotels Competition Winner Praises Fishmore Hall Hotel in Ludlow

Shropshire County Hotels Competition Winner Praises Fishmore Hall Hotel in Ludlow
The lucky prize winner of Shropshire County Hotels Autumn 2013 competition has expressed her thanks and delight after staying at Fishmore Hall Hotel in Ludlow.

Mr & Mrs Lloyd said, "Our weekend was just perfect and started with Rosanne the Receptionist telling us they had upgraded our room from a standard to a superior. We had room 21 which had wonderful views looking out onto fields and hills & was very comfortable.  Tea/Coffee making facilities with homemade biscuits, mini bar, TV and a walk-in shower & bath with lots of Molten Brown toiletries.

Everyone at Fishmore made us welcome and nothing was too much trouble. There is a beautiful conservatory area where you can eat your breakfast or evening meal. The food is superb and melts in the mouth - we enjoyed eggs Benedict and a traditional full English breakfast as well a meal in the bar area after cocktails one night.

All the staff are very efficient and obviously work very hard to maintain a high standard of customer service.  Little touches such as the 'turn-down' service with the next day’s weather forecast & little jar of sweets were appreciated & just made us feel special.

At the end of our visit we felt very spoilt and relaxed & will definitely recommend Fishmore Hall to our friends and family. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in such a lovely hotel."
