The Ludlow Easter Daffodil Ride - 12 April, 10.30am
A family friendly 6 mile cycle ride from Ludlow’s Local Produce Market in Castle Square to Bromfield and back. Leaving at 10.30am. Free Dr Bike - cycle safety checks from 9.30am.

Clun Green Man - May 5 - 7
The Green Man and Frosty the Snow Queen battle over the coming of spring to Clun.  With market stalls and entertainment in the Square and on the Castle Grounds.

Three days of food, drink and music

The 10th Clun Valley Challenge Walk – May 12
16 or 26 miles of walking starting from Clun Memorial Hall with 4,300 foot of ascent.  No dogs and no booking on the day.

Aston-on-Clun Arbor Day – May 27
A traditional village festival incorporating the dressing of the famous black poplar tree in the centre of the village.  www.arbortreeday.co.uk

Bishop’s Castle Mayor’s Sunday – June 3
A celebratory parade for the newly elected Mayor of Bishop’s Castle.  The Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Town Clerk in full regalia with pike and mace bearers parade at 10.40 a.m. from The Town Hall to the Parish Church.  Tel:  01588 638141

Bishop’s Castle Walking Festival – June 12 - 14

Holiday Club for ages 8+ every Tuesday and Thursday of the school holidays. Farm, and Forest School, mud, sticks, marshallows, goats, rabbits etc. Parents do not need to stay. Booking is essential.
