Celebrate Afternoon Tea Week at Fishmore Hall

Celebrate Afternoon Tea Week at Fishmore Hall
Celebrate Afternoon Tea Week taking place on the 10th - 16th August in quintessentially English style at Fishmore Hall, a boutique country house hotel in Ludlow.

During this week, guests are invited to indulge in a delicious spread of cakes, scrumptious sandwiches and freshly baked scones all for just £19.95 per person. To add a touch of sparkle to the occasion, this offer also includes a glass of Prosecco.

Head Chef Andrew Birch, previously Senior Sous Chef of the 3AA Rosette and Michelin-starred Montague Arms in Hampshire, presents a carefully mastered selection of treats in the full afternoon tea menu which includes finger sandwiches with delicious fillings such as smoked salmon and cream cheese, alongside warm homemade cakes and refreshing red berry compote, perfect to be lathered on a freshly baked scone.

Fishmore Hall provides a fitting setting to celebrate the tradition of afternoon tea, as it epitomises the intriguing history of the hotel that dates back to the 1800's, and sits overlooking the quaint market town of Ludlow, known for its culinary heritage.

Once a private house, this home from home ambience continues in to Forelles, the hotels fine dining restaurant that holds 3 AA rosettes. With high glass windows the light and airy room boasts unrivalled views of the Clee Hill, and on warmer days guests may take their afternoon tea on the terrace whilst admiring the sweeping landscape and grazing cows nearby, perfect for a relaxing retreat with friends and family.
