Description

North Hill Farm is set on a hilltop overlooking one of the most lovely valleys in Shropshire. Comfortable rooms at comfortable prices.

The majestic views take in a panorama of the Shropshire Hills from Wilstone Hill to Wenlock Edge. An ideal place to stay for anyone who loves the peace of the countryside.

You can leave your car at the farm and find walk in the surrounding hills which are part of the designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. On clear nights the full majesty of the night sky can be appreciated free of light pollution.

Shrewsbury, Ludlow and Ironbridge are all around 30 minutes away by car.

The unspoiled beauty of this part of the border country has a wealth of bird life including buzzards, red kites, woodpeckers and ravens - frequently seen performing their aerobatics above the farm - and a big variety of song-birds.

The Long Mynd is only a short distance away by car and there are several good pubs within easy reach for eating out.

North Hill Farm is home to dogs, cats and horses as well as sheep and chickens - so is not suitable for those with animal allergies.

Open all year except Christmas Day and Boxing Day
