Secret Hills Art Cafe Celebrate 10 Years at Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre in South Shropshire
The Secret Hills Art Cafe Artists' celebrate 10 years of exhibiting at Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre.

The group was established to provide an informal informative supportive/sharing network to professional artists and to promote contemporary art in the Marches region. Now with some 26 member artists it has a strong reputation in the exhibitions calendar in Shropshire and this year formed part of the first Shropshire Hills Art Week.

The group's 10th anniversary will be celebrated with an exhibition of 'Hedges, Edges and Boundaries' the exhibition will run until 2nd September and features contemporary work in sculpture, photography, textiles,  painting and printing.

Local artist Katy Alston will be 'Artist in residence' on Thursday 31st July 10am – 3pm at Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre, Katy will be working on her map of Craven Arms as well as demonstrating the cutting of lyno for the first stages of printing.
