Walking with Offa April launch

Six new circular routes are being added to the popular Walking with Offa series of way marked pub walks and will be launched in April.


New Shropshire Hills Shuttle For 2013 Season - Castle Connect – Ludlow, Knighton, Clun, Bishop’s Castle

This is the new and bigger (33 seats)Shropshire Hills Shuttle bus which will start on Saturday 4 May and run every weekend and Bank Holiday Monday until 29 September.


Bury Ditches Guided Walk, an Irresistible Offa

New Guided Bus & Train Walks in Mortimer Country & Radnorshire

The Walking with Offa project has produced a programme of guided bus and train walks targeted at 'Mortimer Country and Radnorshire' - from Ludlow across to Llandrindod Wells.


Shropshire outdoor pursuits specialists, Live the Adventure, in Stottesdon, are offering a free fun day out for all the family

Visitors to Live the Adventure will be offered the chance to try a new outdoor pursuit, a cross between surfing and canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding, at the centre's annual open day next month. The event will be held in aid of the Riding for the Disabled Association, on Sunday April 28 between 11am-4pm.

Throughout March and April 2013 Shropshire Council is organising free cycling activities to help you and family to get back on your bikes after winter. Free activities include bicycle maintenance and confidence courses, guided cycle rides, giveaways and competitions.


New weekend Shuttle bus service from Ludlow confirmed for 2013
