Calling all keen photographers - Enter your best photos into the new Mortimer Country Photographic Competition
Mortimer Country Ltd are keen to see what you love best about Mortimer Country, Mortimer Forest and the surrounding area - its natural beauty, history, village events and opportunities for enjoying the outdoors.

The best photos will win some wonderful prizes and be displayed on the Mortimer Country website & brochures to encourage more people to enjoy the area

With breath taking countryside of rolling hills, ancient woods, forests and water meadows, the larger villages of Wigmore, Kingsland and Leintwardine together with the surrounding hamlets are steeped in history. Visitors are encouraged to this unique part of the county and to promote the many tourism related businesses who are our members. To help showcase the delights of Mortimer Country, you are invited to share new and exciting photographic images of the richly rural, historic, way of life or thriving festivals and events found in Mortimer Country by entering the photographic competition to be held during the summer of 2015.

The photograph judged to best reflect the theme will be awarded a prize of £100 and the runner up, £50. The support of Mr & Mrs E Harley is acknowledged.
